摩摩喳喳(Burburchacha、bobochacha或momochacha),是来自马来西亚及新加坡的甜汤,可以做冰品,也可以温热时食用,有点类似中国的八宝粥,是马来西亚、泰国、新加坡、越南等东南亚国家代表性食物[1]。主要原料有椰奶、亚达枳、西米露等,[2]也会加入芋头丁、地瓜丁,及像红毛丹、龙宫果、波罗蜜等南洋水果。此甜点在港澳称咋喳(Cha Cha),配料以豆类为主[3],近来亦有添加芋头或地瓜的咋喳。

This dish is known as Cha Cha in Hong Kong, and the ingredients differ somewhat, with more use of beans than sweet potato and taro.
