煎饼岩（英语：Pancake Rock）是美国的岛屿，位于太平洋海域，属于阿留申群岛中的福克斯群岛一部分[1]，由阿拉斯加州负责管辖。距乌姆纳克岛西岸约3.1公里。岛长约1.48公里，2.06公里宽。由于该岛类似堆叠的煎饼，因此得名之。[2][3][4]
