叶口纲（学名：Litostomatea）是纤毛虫门内大核亚门之下的一个纲[1]。这个纲由下列三个亚纲组成[2][3]：
- Subclass Haptoria
- 毛口亚纲 Trichostomatia Butschli, 1889
- Subclass Rhynchostomatia。截至2020年8月18日[update]，WoRMS仍未承认这第三个亚纲[4]。
